Express Server 6 Patch 1

This patch is required for an Express Server to accept published images from a GeoExpress 7.x client. Additionally, this patch contains other fixes for Express
Server 6.

Summary of changes:
  • 16114 - HTTP POST files are limited to approximately 60 MB on Windows using IIS
  • 15847 - JP2 with included Alpha Channels fail to render
  • 16270 - Grayscale MrSID images are not mosaicked correctly
  • 16189 - Incorrect mime type for small requests on Linux/Solaris
  • 16515 - WMS requests for a reprojected scene outside of the image extent fails
